Stella Ozo Ezenduka
Stella Ozo Ezenduka is the Registrar, Patents and Industrial Designs at the Commercial Law Department of Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment.
She is a lawyer and a career civil servant in the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria. Her experience in the field of Intellectual Property (“IP”) spans over two decades, particularly in the area of Industrial property -Trademarks, Patents and Designs. As part of IP management and reforms, and her penchant for orderliness, she coordinated and supervised the first ever digitisation of active trademarks files in 2016. She is a member of the Presidential Advisory Group on Technology and Creativity. She is also co-initiator of the ongoing WIPO/Nigeria Project on National IP Policy and Strategy. Her vision is to give a voice to the inventing community through the registration, administration and protection of their IP rights.
