Funmi is a corporate finance attorney, with extensive experience in advising various local, international and multinational sponsors, lenders, issuers, underwriters and borrowers on some of the largest, unusual and innovative cross-border deals in an array of sectors such as energy, financial services, oil and gas, mining and infrastructure, telecommunications and financial technology.
She advises on local and foreign currency syndicated lending, oil and gas financing, lease transactions, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment advisory.
Funmi’s deep knowledge of the financial services industry and her ability to remain unflappable even during the most challenging negotiations engenders trust and confidence in her clients.
